Started With A Thought

It all started from a thought, under the influence of a mind and mood altering control chemical. I was in a rut and could not figure out how the get out of it.  Then a thought came thinking of how did I get here?
I had a good job, a car, and a home of my own.
Now no car, no job, and back home at my Moms. I learned that I don't have to be broke the same day I got paid, just my husband did not tell express this to me.  He kept me away from the purchasing part and what I get for the amount of money I spent.  Then I left him and came to where I am now living at. 

So the thought was to rehabilitate a habit I was not going to ever quit I just needed to learn how to utilize this handicap. Just the judge felt different and a program I was order to for ninety days and I volunteered the other hundred eighty days I liked what I was learning.  The place is a behavior modification facility and my counselor is a firm believer in the N.A. one of the greatest book ever written. Trust me you don't have to be on any type of drugs to read this book, it taught me how to live not just with myself, but with others and for others, a beautiful book.

Before I went there though I had a thought it is not what I do just how I do. I believe jail was not a good place to put narcotic user it was all just a waste of time, money, and effort for the tax payers and defender. There should be a place where these people can get help with looking for a job and if they work they still have a job instead of losing it by going to jail. 

The facility will provide transportation for them and there is a job agency within the facility to boost up moral and confidence in the clients once the build their way up to that level. The agency would obtain contracts with local business and  giving a person another chance. The facility did not work on the drug usage just the behavior of the drug user and I called it ReBuild An Addict under the company New Breed Foundation. It also taught the client basic reading and math skills, resume writing skill, and most of all how to lived. There would be testing, non working clients would be told about testing and all the others would be random. The reason for telling working clients is for them to have discipline on their weekend passes which would be on Monday before they went to work. All working clients would get paid on the same day no matter what day they were paid on and no matter what company they worked, a sign agreement with the company and client. No, I do not have this facility it is just a thought.
